who we are
Local and relaxed, we've been around since April Fool's 2006.  We started out as a kolache shop and since have expanded into lunch, cakes and sweets.  We don't make fancy breads or try to compete with what others think a bakery should be.  We are here to please the sweet tooth, we use lots of butter and sugar and don't claim to be anything more than a bakery in Austin, Texas that turns out the best product possible with the freshest ingredients.

How far in advance should I place my cake order?  The sooner the better, we are booking up quickly these days, atleast four days in adavnce on weekend orders.

Where does the price break start for kolache orders?  Call up to the day before and receive 20% off your entire kolache order.  If just walking in that morning you will receive an 8% discount on kolache orders over one dozen.

Does the bakery have seating?  Yes, we have enough room to seat around 18 comfortably.

Can I get a good cup of joe?  You sure can!  We sell only organic fair-trade beans that are locally roasted here in Austin.  We offer a light or dark roast.  If you are looking for a burnt bean, we can't help ya though.

Do you have gift certificates? 
Yes, in any denomination.
